Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily operations of data centre according to established procedures
• Ensure the functioning and availability of all IT systems/services of the data centre
• Report issue promptly and follow up with necessary corrective actions
• Coordinate, execute and oversee disaster recovery activities
• Assist in problem analysis, process improvement and fine-tuning of the data centre operations

Requirements:

• A recognized Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or relevant qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Centre Operations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Must be prepared to work on shift
