Main Job Responsibilities
1. Operational Coordination:
-Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
-Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and manage workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
2. Process Improvement:
-Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
-Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
3.Resource Management:
-Assist in managing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
-Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely procurement of necessary resources.
-Support budget preparation and cost management initiatives.
4. Team Support and Development:
-Provide support to operational staff and ensure they have the necessary resources and training.
-Foster a positive and productive work environment.
-Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
-Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
-Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of service or product delivery.
-Implement corrective actions to address any operational issues.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
-Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
-Prepare regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
-Assist in the preparation of operational documentation and reports for management.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, HR, and IT to support overall business objectives.
-Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments
Requirements
SPM, STPM or Diploma in related field
At least 2 years of experience in operation, warehouse or related field.
Dedicated team player with strong job commitment.
Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel).
Able to work independently and as a team.
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
