Support day-to-day operations across clinical, tech, and business functions.
Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate scheduling, patient support, and digital platform operations.
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate where necessary.
2. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure operational activities adhere to healthcare regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records for audits, licensing, and certifications.
Monitor data handling and patient confidentiality practices.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams to execute new initiatives.
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as healthcare providers, pharmacies, insurers, and logistics partners.
Support onboarding and training of healthcare professionals on digital platforms.
4. Data & Reporting
Track and report operational KPIs (turnaround times, patient satisfaction, service uptime).
Analyze data to identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Prepare regular operational performance reports for management.
5. Team & Resource Support
Assist in supervising junior operations staff and interns.
Provide training and guidance to ensure high service standards.
Support recruitment and manpower planning when needed.
6. Customer & Partner Support
Handle escalated queries from patients, clients, or partners.
Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
Assist in building strong relationships with healthcare and tech partners.
