Senior Operations ManagerThis position is for a leading manufacturer and distributor of automotive replacement parts. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, it serves a diverse market, providing a comprehensive range of products to meet the needs of the global automotive industry.Reports to: Director of ManufacturingThe position is responsible to produce the customers\' demands, with the processes, the people and the spending budgets assigned to the Production.Continuously improve: Safety at Work, People Development, Quality, On Time Delivery, Flexibility, Labor Efficiency and Machine Utilization.Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production efficiency and effectiveness to ensure production target is achieved and production capacity maximized.
• To proactive in analyzing, define, and providing improvisation in the production best practices, SOP, control, and prevention measures.
• Lead and direct the production team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversees the efficiency of the production machinery were in good condition, line cleaning and on-time schedule maintenance were carried out.
• To manage and ensure to minimize the machinery downtime and constant looking into improvisation.
• Establish and maintain high standard of manufacturing discipline, 5S and ensure the production floor safety and liaise with the Health and Safety department.
• To plan, hire, and manage workforce effectiveness and efficiency on the production floor and ensure well-trained operations staff.
• Provide engineering support to production to sustain and improve production yield, quality, and process cycle time.
• To review the existing processes, procedure, and SOP for future improvisation.
• To prepare and provide monthly operations related reports.

• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industries preferably in metal stamping with at least 9 years in managerial level.
• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Technical knowledge on products and processes involved in the Production
• Lean manufacturing and People development knowledge
• Strong leadership in building a strong production team
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Have training ability
• Have Kaizen, 7QC Tools, Total Quality Management knowledge and experience.
• Dynamic, responsible, and independent and result oriented attitude.
