• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skills: Interpersonal, Cold-calling, Convincing, Social, Selling, Negotiation, and Marketing.
• A positive attitude with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective time management and organizational skills with an ability to cope with a fast-paced industry
• An innate curiosity to learn and continually innovate and improve.

• Possession of own car and laptop

• Initiate and develop partnership collaborations and campaigns that drive customer growth across the different stages of the customer funnel.
• To take full responsibility of the full partnership lifecycle including developing a partner development pipeline, reaching out, getting in touch with partners, conceptualizing and pitching campaign concepts, projecting campaign ROI, launching partnership campaigns and post-mortem post campaign.
• Partnership channels management including and not limited to corporate partners, reward & loyalty partners, affiliate marketing partners, e-commerce partners, F&B partners, brand partners and more.
• Provide account management and timely follow-up for all partners.
• Tracking and reporting for partnership campaigns with relevant results.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to launch campaigns.
• Comfortable with working independently as well as in a team environment.
