What you\'ll need to bring to the team:

  • Passion for impacting business performance through partnership and affiliates engagement
  • An in-depth understanding of engagement methodology, planning and measurement tools
  • The ability to understand and grow on B2C and B2B2C concept to bring out company\'s product
  • The ability to be independent and plan effectively to deliver to strict deadlines on campaigns or product launch
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, advocates and colleagues
  • The ability to write and communicate effectively in English, with an attention to detail for business presentation and product introduction
  • The ability to be creative and an opportunist to grow product placement with partners and affiliates
  • To work closely with the relevant team to operationalize team enablement and execute defined go-to market strategies.
To assist in marketing, concept development, sales presentation, analyzing market trends and implementing new projects. Continue to develop new solutions and products to cater to the needs of the targeted market.

What you\'ll be doing:
  • Work closely with the Stakeholders to have effective communications across partners and affiliates on our products, campaigns, and updates with the aim of effective communication sharing, grow the business and close relationship
  • To drive strategic engagement, follow up and grow existing partners and affiliates in formulation and commercialization of growth strategy to expand the business
  • Grow and execute long-range awareness plans and strategies to Malaysia consumer overall in relation to credit report and i-Score for Consumer Direct segment.
  • Responsible for Consumer Direct revenue YoY growth through direct marketing campaign, right partnership for B2B and B2B2C space.
  • Deliver great experience to partners and affiliates by presenting our brand and be the partners liaison internally and externally
  • Prospecting, identify and seek opportunity with other potential new partners or affiliates with the aim to work together in providing key values to both parties.
  • Support, execute relevant administrative, reporting duties and help accelerate onboarding partners or affiliates Internally
  • Liaise with marketing, products, operational, regional teams and global for collaboration to support any marketing campaign, event, and roadshow if any.
  • Share ideas, feedback and input pertaining consumer\'s product or marketing with the aim to grow the business
  • Support the negotiation and contracting process with partners and affiliates
Qualifications

What is required
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years or experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role.
  • Track record of successful pre-sales engagements with major customers, especially in financial industries.
  • Strong business analysis and consulting skills, including strong verbal and written communication skill and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to develop product demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts, and present to different levels of customer organizations, including technical experts and architects, business analysts and project managers, as well as CXO level executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
  • Self-starter and independent as we will look for you to manage your own time and priorities here.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
A highly independent and individual with excellent team-working skills.
