Team and Role Introduction:
As a payment business operator in LazadaPay domain, you will commit good experience for our tens of millions of valued online payment users, and keep looking for innovation for various payment partners, driving valuable user growth. You will set up and lead projects including cross-functional teams that will be from the regional tech team, product team, finance team and local team across 6 markets. You will work together with your business stakeholders who are located in SEA including 6 markets to provide localized business teams and business solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the regional BCM of overall payment operation, offering long-term collaboration strategy for various partnerships
• Responsible for regional payment business operation strategy design according to each market strategy
• Responsible for key business metrics tracking and analysis, and offer a variety of initiatives to constantly boost payment business growth
• Other ad-hoc operation assignment

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Highly meticulous and KPI-driven
• 6+ year experience in the e-commerce or payment industry with proven campaign & user operation experience
• Good understanding of the payment industry or use case
• Excellent ability in communication skills and stakeholder management across internal team collaboration and external partners
• Strong time & project management ability under tight timeline & business pressure
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make recommendations or decisions using data
