Position Summary
Responsible for managing and strategizing the regions sales target, MGR, rates and contract. Develop, formulate MAB Kargo sales strategies, action plans and coordinate sales, pricing, inventory, marketing and operational activities. Monitor the performance and to ensure the achievement of the cargo revenue target and smooth cargo operations in the regions. Foster strong relationship with trade partners. Coach & guide the team members in order to build a stronger MAB Kargo team.
Key Accountability * To manage marketing and sales activities with cargo agents at the station and regional level.
