Senior Process Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and commissioning of new production processes.
Optimize existing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.
Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data and drive OEE improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and support audits and CAPA activities.
Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams
Maintain process documentation and provide training to production teams.
Job Requirements
Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in process engineering within the food, chemical industry or petrochemical.
Strong understanding of process control, optimization and implementation
Experience with distillation or spray tower processes is an advantage
Analytical and structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Skilled collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally
Proficient in ERP/MES/SCADA systems and data analysis (e.g. using AI & MS 365 package)
Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
