Job Description
- Proficiency in communicating and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Candidates able to speak and type in Mandarin will have added advantages.
- Candidates who are experienced in retail fields will have added advantages.
- To source and purchase materials from local or overseas suppliers at competitive pricing.
- To prepare and analyse market cost survey.
- Process of material ordering (pricing, supplier data update, quotation. Etc.)
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers on procurement activities, Through e-mail or other valid channel.
- Maintaining procurement database and records.
- Monitoring supplier performances, ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform other assignments assigned by department HOD.
