JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the sourcing and procurement of Direct Materials, CAPEX and MROto meet manufacturing requirements of the production plant.Maintain Raw Materials, Consumables and Components inventories within target, while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired materials.
• Able to work effectively cross functionally, both internally and externally and buildrelationships experience with commodities (plastics, resin, film, chemicals & etc) and colleagues.
• Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with internalcustomers and suppliers by providing timely and accurate information.
• High level of analytical ability where problems can be somewhat complex.
• Continual development of organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handlemultiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Generate regular Reports as specified to Department Manager on Material Status,Inventory Level, Quality and Delivery Status Safety Related Issues, Savings Derived,Vendor Development Activities and Site Audits etc
• Participate actively in Cost Improvement Program (CIP) to achieve Personal and Departmental Goals.
• Team player Finance:

• Match AP Documents
• Key in Invoices
• Liaise with suppliers on the invoice issue
• Prepare AP Reconciliation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:\xe2\x80\x8b

• At least 4 years Direct Material purchasing working experience in plastic injection mouldingmanufacturing and In Mold Labeling ( IML)
• Knowledge of procurement software and material management. ( such as ERP, MRP, K3System).
• Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management.
