Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity This role will supportto establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business Leadership for assigned area of responsibility / commodity / category and/or region as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. You will have global/regional Responsibility for driving competitive supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost ownership, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will manage Supplier Performance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in a dynamic global environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead all regional procurement activities out of the UOP Asia, Honeywell International office driving all supplier development and procurement metrics. Right and Fast execution of strategies to align with business Growth and New Product Introductions Manage the sourcing and contracting of fabricated process modules and skids detailed design services, and components. Ensure Relationship development and management with key Supplier Leaderships. Develop & qualify alternate suppliers for Key commodities in UOP Projects. Align with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Quality and Other Honeywell Businesses. Support Presales pursuits aggressively for 3rd party buyouts products / services to achieve competitiveness and increase win rate. Drive alignment with commodity leaders and others in the administration, implementation, compliance, and enforcement of global commodity and contracting strategies. Deliver metrics meeting/exceeding Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategy Deployment targets Drive Functional excellence and Key metric include- early engagement, win rate, productivity, working capital, e-Auction, Digitization & on-time delivery. Apply effective Sourcing supplier risk assessment methodologies and to ensure supplier continuity by way of deploying risk mitigation plan. Actively drive and participate in Vendor performance evaluation and share feedback with suppliers. Drive Process compliance and Excellence, initiate & support HOS (Honeywell Operating Systems) / improvement programs. Collaborate with global category management to identify and develop suppliers, establish contracts, cost models and price agreements. Develop alternate sourcing strategies. Align with Global teams for developing competitive suppliers from emerging market. Drive and Ensure compliance to PMT and Global Sourcing procedures and policies and leverage global tools. SAP knowledge for Procurement Model required. Candidate should be able to priorities the Project load based on the timeline and criticality. YOU MUST HAVE Educated to bachelor\'s degree standard. Engineering from Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation field will be preferred. Post graduation / MBA / PMP / CPSM would be added advantage. Six Sigma Black Green/Belt certification - Plus Minimum of 12-15 years of work experience in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain and Procurement Experience in Process, Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) or Large Oil & Gas industries highly preferred. Extensive project procurement knowledge and Experience with delivery models for Process Automation business. Strategic thinking and negotiation skill for key partnership. Communication and Interpersonal multi-lingual, crisp verbal skills for velocity, plus effective listening skills effective facilitation skills demonstrates high energy, and model behaviours to motivate other to follow. Data analysis, Interpretation & Presentation skill, Execution - persistent drive for results, utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem-solving skills and Strategic thinker. Understanding key local and global players within the industry. WE VALUE Significant experience in Global Supply chain Process, Sourcing and Procurement Process. Working and/or Leading in Matrix and complex Team Environment. Professional Certifications in Project (PMP) / Supply Chain (CPSM) / Procurement & Contract. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build effective working relationships. Need to have strong Negotiation\'s skills. Bias for action and efficiency. Fluent in English communication skills. Proactive and able to work in teams. Need to be ready to learn the new things and accept the changes. Global & Strategic mind set. Flexible and willing /to travel as per requirements. Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, eRFX digital Tools, Project Management Tools. Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic global environment. Ready to Handle Global Leadership and work in diversify working culture. Fluent with Excel & Data Analytics, Power Point and Reporting out to Business & global Leadership. Show leadership in driving procurement policies and business conduct.
