Product Management at Coda

Our Product Managers are individuals with a strong analytical focus and a data-driven approach. Their role involves taking charge of product development from start to finish, with emphasis on analysis and experimentation to deliver the best possible product for our users. This involves driving the product strategy and working closely with senior leadership across various departments to design, build, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

You will need to have a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset, spend considerable time with your scrum teams, and be enthusiastic about developing engineered processes and technologies to build solutions which drive organizational improvements.

About the role

The Custom Commerce Product Manager is responsible for launching web stores for the world\'s top games and apps. This means working closely with each partner to ensure their specific needs and requirements are fulfilled during build, launch, and operation of their store.

About the Custom Commerce team

Custom Commerce is built on Codashop, a marketplace which serves millions of users, hundreds of publishers, and operates in nearly 50 countries globally. We offer hundreds of local payment methods, localized support, and custom integrations based on market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Co-define the product strategy and roadmap for Custom Commerce and associated products
  • Define feature visions, epics and roadmaps gathering requirements from customers, business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Partner with engineering to build products and customer experiences that delight our users and partners
  • Drive measurable business impacts working closely with our International, Marketing, Product Ops, Leadership and other teams.
  • Write agile user stories and validate product ideas with stakeholders
  • Make data-driven decisions with developers, QA, product designers and analysts to constantly deliver incremental, tangible value to the customer
  • Be the internal voice and advocate of the customer and domain subject matter expert
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Customer-centric, with proven ability to drive projects to successful outcomes with key external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) with proven ability to articulate complex requirements to technical and business audiences.
  • Outcome-focused, constantly seeking and identifying the most impactful opportunities, with clear and consistent principles for prioritization that maximize ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; adept at breaking down complex problems and driving change.
  • Experience developing products in e-commerce, gaming, or payments preferred
