Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Schedule and follow up the material in bound, based on factory forecasted capacity and customer's demand. Inventory Control Coordinate with Operations division on any changes in the Capacity Planning and time frame. Ensure all direct material delivered as per schedule planned. Keep track on the inventory movement (work in progress, raw material and packaging material) on a daily basis. Ensure production for all section complying and are completed according to schedule. Coordinated processing of excess and obsolete material supply. Maintain and update the

Bill of Materials (BOM)

to ensure accuracy and compliance with production needs. Shipment management

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least diploma or bachelor degree in relevant field

At least 2-3 years' experience in material planning, purchasing, shipment or relevant supply chain experience

Good communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills

Independent, self-motivated, team work & aggressive

Able to work under pressure and independently

Required skill(s): Basic of Computer Knowledge & MS Office.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Must possess own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
