\xe2\x80\xa2 Provides information by compiling initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Train and develop operator competences to achieve defined goal communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Upholds and enforces company policies and guiding principle. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage process workflow and to delegate by assigning responsibilities and formulating schedules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct production capacity analysis and analyse staffing requirement to ensure efficient compliance to production schedules \xe2\x80\xa2 Support and actively participant in Kaizen activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enforce and maintain 5S across all workplaces. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and clearly communicate out to all respective. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven relevant experience as Production Executive or similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of working experience in the related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to define problems and collects data. (e) Ability to write routine reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self -motivated and self - discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive thinker with good problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
