Job Description

Provides information by compiling initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data. Train and develop operator competences to achieve defined goal communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results. Upholds and enforces company policies and guiding principle. To manage process workflow and to delegate by assigning responsibilities and formulating schedules. Conduct production capacity analysis and analyse staffing requirement to ensure efficient compliance to production schedules Support and actively participant in Kaizen activities. Enforce and maintain 5S across all workplaces. Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and clearly communicate out to all respective. Requirements: Proven relevant experience as Production Executive or similar role. Experience working in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Ability to define problems and collects data. (e) Ability to write routine reports. Self -motivated and self - discipline.
