Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the project transfer, including establishing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, legal, and finance teams, to develop and implement transfer strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions during the transfer process, ensuring continuity of operations and customer satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, resources, and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Oversee the selection and qualification of suppliers, vendors, and partners in Southeast Asia, negotiating contracts and agreements to support project requirements.
Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements to streamline operations and maximize productivity in the new location.
Monitor and report on project progress, status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, identifying and addressing issues or deviations as needed.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, trade laws, and international standards governing the transfer of operations between countries.
Foster positive relationships with local government agencies, industry associations, and community stakeholders in Southeast Asia to facilitate project implementation and integration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, manufacturing processes, and trade regulations, particularly in China and Southeast Asia.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational levels and functions.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage ambiguity, and navigate challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to develop and execute innovative solutions to achieve project objectives.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, or Lean Six Sigma, preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support project activities and stakeholder engagements.
