Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities.

Documentation & Record-Keeping
Organize and manage project files, contracts, and other documents.
Ensure proper version control of project documents.
Maintain databases and filing systems (physical and digital).

Communication & Liaison
Serve as a point of contact between project team members, clients, and external vendors.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to the project.
Ensure clear communication of project updates and changes.
4.
Scheduling & Resource Management
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, site visits, and reviews.
Manage calendars for project managers and teams.
Track and allocate resources, equipment, and materials as needed.
6.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure project activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Assist in risk management and ensure adherence to project standards.
7.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare project status reports, summaries, and presentations.
Assist in data analysis for project performance and outcomes.
Support project audits and evaluations.
8.
General Administrative Duties
Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
Diploma in Business Admin with minimum 3 years working experience.
Expert to use office words, excel, power point and outlook.
Experience in project documentation and prepare report.
Experience in handling Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Request (PR), Invoice and MRN.
Able to communicate with people and keep track project progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
