Proven project management and site coordination experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects is mandatory.
Prior experience in HVAC, ACMV, FMCS, or BMS control systems is preferred.
Candidates with hands-on experience in Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC controllers within the industrial automation sector are highly preferred.
Other relevant automation control project experience will also be considered.
Proficient in multiple programming languages including Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and VB Scripting.
Strong ability to read and interpret PLC wiring diagrams, control narratives, and P&ID drawings.
Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools; proficiency in EPLAN software will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to plan, propose, and source technical solutions independently.
Strong technical and analytical mindset, capable of multitasking, collaborating effectively in teams, and managing tight deadlines.
Punctual, well-presented, and maintains a professional attitude at all times.
Tanggungjawab
Create, update, and revise PLC programming, HMI graphics, AutoCAD drawings, and relevant project documentation.
Provide on-site technical support during project commissioning and system start-up, effectively troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, field technicians, helpers, mechanical contractors, and customers to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for materials, parts, and tools according to project needs - raise purchase requests and follow up to avoid delays.
Ensure all tasks and project costs remain within budget and comply with cost control standards.
Perform engineering work involving a wide range of PLC controllers, HMIs, and computer-based systems - independently or collaboratively.
Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, perform system setup and commissioning, and prepare all relevant reports and documentation.
Report directly to the Project Manager and Project Director based on project assignments.
Attend site, technical, and project progress meetings as required.
Troubleshoot control and instrumentation issues on-site to ensure smooth operations.
