Support Regional Client\'s projects
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Dedicated Single Point of contact for the APAC region to coordinate and direct engagement to respective country contacts in CBRE and T&T on the Project Requirements.
Support the Client Project Team on the Annual budgets for FUP\'s and Growth CAPEX. Where necessary, involve cost management resources from T&T for the purposes of developing such budgets.
Support on the Multi Year CAPEX planning and coordinate with the FM team on Maintenance CAPEX related projects.
Support on the Multi Year CAPEX planning and coordinate with the FM team on Maintenance CAPEX related projects.
Coordinate and provide consolidated dashboard (programme-level) reporting on projects.
Support and coordinate the RFP\'s and Client Approval process.
Support early project-start up activities prior to the deployment of variable teams including assistance to Iron Mountain\'s real estate team on strategy, optioneering and internal stakeholder alignment.
Track all the historical lessons learnt and challenges and work on continuous improvement of the process.
Be the Role model for EHS Activities and Clients Requirements.
Set-up EHS Requirements for the Projects and deliver Projects Safely
Own the commercial aspects of the contract and delivery outcome of the Project.
Work closely with the other Regions to bring best practices into APAC.
Coordinate between different client groups to achieve the desired project outcome.
Works on the Vendor Payment and Clients payments with Finance and various teams.
Provide Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly updates on all the Projects to the Regional and Global teams.
Be the Face of CBRE and strive for excellence.
Identify New opportunities for growth within the account and new country opportunities.
Liaise with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement.
Liaise with Customers and Clients as required.
Liase with Finance Team on the Monthly Financial Reports, Updating the monthly Cost Tracker, and manage vendor payments if escalated.
Own the APAC Contract and MSA Deliverables.
Work in partnership with the client\'s regional leads and country representatives.
To be eligible for the role, you must meet below criteria:
At least 10 years\' experience in the Projects
Excellent communication skills and Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
Ability to communicate with teams in Greater China Region
Be Flexible at work timings and coordinate with Global Teams
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.
Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
