Requirements
Minimum a Bachelors Degree in construction management, engineering, or any related field.
At least 10 or more years of working experience in the industry, including experience managing large construction projects.
Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as experience with project management software and tools.
Have a comprehensive understanding of construction materials, techniques, and best practices.
Have a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, contract management, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
