Job Description

Create a detailed plan and schedule for the construction project, taking into account all the resources required, timelines, and deadlines. Responsible for managing the project budget, including cost estimation, forecasting, and tracking expenses. Responsible for identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as developing contingency plans and establishing safety protocols. Oversee the contract negotiation and administration process, ensuring that all parties involved comply with the terms of the contract. Responsible for building and managing a team of professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members, to keep everyone informed of project progress and any changes that may affect the projects outcome. Ensure that the project meets all quality standards and specifications, including conducting regular inspections and audits. Ensure that all applicable regulatory requirements are met, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals. Requirements Minimum a Bachelors Degree in construction management, engineering, or any related field. At least 10 or more years of working experience in the industry, including experience managing large construction projects. Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as experience with project management software and tools. Have a comprehensive understanding of construction materials, techniques, and best practices. Have a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, contract management, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
