Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Implementation

Leading the overall planning and implementation of construction and development activities. Monitoring and analyzing project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools. Recommending and implementing modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones. Planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes, and systems. Monitoring the progress of project implementation in accordance with work programs, contracts, and specifications.

Reporting and Documentation

Delivering progress reports, proposals, required relevant documentations, and presentations. Preparing monthly Project Progress Reports for submission to clients, consultants, or the management. Preparing and presenting regular internal and external project reports for management. Gathering actual data and updating project schedules with support from the project team.

Stakeholder Liaison

Attending site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants, main-contractors, and other stakeholders involved in projects to ensure timely project progress and delivery. Identifying changes in work scope in the project plan. Taking appropriate planning measures to reassess, renegotiate, and amend the scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts, and budgets.

Miscellaneous

Ensuring the conveyance of required project data and information to project teams. Performing any other duties as assigned by the Manager/Director.

Pay: RM4,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
