JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan, coordinate and oversee engineering and process projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare project schedules, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Conduct process design, review and optimization to improve plant performance an efficiency.
Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Provide technical support during project execution, commissioning and start-up phases.
Ensure all engineering works comply with safety, regulatory and environmental standards.
Prepare project reports, documentation and progress updates for management review.
Support Continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for cost reduction or efficiency gains.
Lead day-to-day project operations, including design coordination, quality assurance, project monitoring and liaison with consultants, contractors, vendors and relevent authorities.
Attend psyshical meetings and ensure identified clashes are resolved promptly by relevent consultants.
Support the cost & contracts team in tender preparation, vendor selection and pre-qualification processes.
Collaborate with top management for strategic planning and execution to meet annual target objectives.
Fully responsible for financial performance, including budgeting, forcasting and cost control for all project.
Lead the process Engineering in developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing process method.
Conduct process cost analysis and price estimation.
Manage sample and prototype processes, providing support to both internal and external Department.
Lead and improve operations centre management, plan, adjust and monitor management processes.
To provide the SOP for investigate industrial vehicles for maintenance at the factory.
Manage and review the CAPEX and OPEX for approval from factory project.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3-5 years of experience working in engineering
Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience desiging mechanical systems and products
Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems
Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
Willing to work every Saturday (no alternate).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
