Responsibilites

  • 1. To perform the Property Management Services and manage the Property Portfolio.
  • 2. To submit monthly Operational and Financial Report each month.
  • 3. To supervise all the site management staff employed for the site to carry out their duties in proper manner.
  • 4. To attend monthly management meeting with client and advise them on relevant matters connected with Property Portfolio.
  • 5. To review and make recommendation related with services provider.
  • 6. To attend and comply with all correspondences, circulars ad notice issued by Government Bodies or authorities.

Professional and Academic Background

  • 1. At least 5 years working experience in property management.
  • 2. Possess a Degree / Diploma in related field.
  • 3. Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • 4. Excellent communication and people skills with a positive attitude.
  • 5. Good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • 6. Possess own transportation.
