Responsible for procuring products from suppliers, negotiating contracts, and obtaining the best pricing and terms.
Monitoring stock levels, tracking product movement, assist in stock planning.
Reordering items as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that may arise.
Assist in sourcing new suppliers when required.
To create various merchandising, sales, and stock-related reports for each outlet by extracting important data such as purchase records, sales records, stock holdings, stock aging, and selling prices.
Consolidate all related reports to generate Group-level reports for management, operations team, and other stakeholders to analyze and make decisions.
Consistently update and review purchasing, sales, costing, retail pricing, and sales promotion data in reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
To modify vendor and product listings.
Prepare and generate any ad-hoc reports necessary by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any field.
Minimum 2 year experience in retail purchasing.
