Job Description
-Documentation
-Assist in Daily Report verification.
-Assist in Halal and HACCP Audit and preparation.
-Assist in rules and regulation enforcement.
-Monitoring and updating daily progress with QC Personnel.
-Updating QC Manual (Project Specification, Machine Specification)
-Assist in quality and safety related training.
-To ensure the equipment and machinery are well maintain and calibrated.
-To coordinate Pest Control services (internal and external)
-Ensure retention sample in good condition.
-Ensure PPE stocks are well organized.
-Assist in customer complaints and products returned.
Halal Matter
-Involve in Halal Jakim new and renewal application including liasing with JAKIM/JAIS for any related matter and issue.
-To monitor the Halal validity of raw material supplier.
-To prepare document and reports of Halal committee meeting.
-Responsible of Halal file and to ensure Halal document are in ordered and well organised.
-Ensure Halal training for staff is ongoing.
