Ensure suitable Control, Test, Quality Inspection and Monitoring are planned to assure the Product Quality,Performances and Reliability of respective Customer Accounts in compliance to Customer's Requirement, ProductSpecification, Safety Regulation and Internal Requirements prior release for Production or Shipment. Identify relevant quality improvement opportunities and drive for continuous improvements of QA department. Analyze and identify relevant training needs for subordinates. Ensure Company Quality Objectives, Targets and KPI are met. Drives Supplier Corrective & Preventive Action process resulting from complaints & audits and ensure on time closure. Conduct new supplier qualification with Purchasing, Engineering and R&D departments. Work closely with purchasing managers, engineering and suppliers to resolve compliance issues and problems. Maintain records for supplier inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by Factory QA Manager. Ensure ISO9001 Quality Management System is implemented and maintained throughout the respective areas. Requirements: At least Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. Experience in MRP system Generic & Functional Skills / competencies Good leadership, managerial, Coaching & Mentoring skill ANSI/ASQC Standard Z1.4 Single Sampling Plan. Intermediate level in MS Excel and Data Analysis. Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage. Good report writing and presentation skill. 8D Discipline methodologies. IPC-A-610H Soldering Quality Knowledge. High sense of responsible.
