About the Role

Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd is looking for a driven and experienced

Senior Executive, Quantity Surveyor

to manage the commercial aspects of our exciting construction projects. Be a part of a dynamic team where your expertise in contracts and financial oversight will make a real impact!

What You'll Be Doing

Contract Preparation & Review

: Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts for a variety of projects. Conduct detailed reviews to ensure compliance.

Contract Administration

: Maintain accurate records, update databases for subcontractors and suppliers, and oversee monthly financial submissions.

Financial Oversight

: Work closely with finance to support cash flow and cost management, prepare cash flow forecasts, and compile project financial reports.

Risk Management & Compliance

: Identify risks, ensure contracts align with legal and company standards, and collaborate with the legal team when needed.

Stakeholder & Project Support

: Act as the main contact for contract-related inquiries, build strong supplier relationships, and support project teams to complete projects on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with at least 3 years of experience in construction (experience in infrastructure/underground cabling is a plus). Strong technical knowledge in construction materials, cost management, and contract administration. Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office.

Mandarin-speaking is an advantage

for coordination with clients and vendors Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
