Join Our Team as a Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor

to become part of our growing organization. This role is key to ensuring that every project we undertake is managed with precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri : 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sat : 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. (half day)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies for tenders and active projects. Carry out material take-offs (MTO) from construction and engineering drawings. Review and assess subcontractors' and suppliers' progress claims, ensuring work is validated before recommending payments. Support procurement activities, including preparing Bills of Quantities, requesting quotations, evaluating bids, and compiling cost analyses. Contribute to tender submissions, ensuring compliance with technical requirements. Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers regarding pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, or any equivalent field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying position, ideally in civil or building construction. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with ability to adapt to digital tools for measurement and reporting. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage for supplier and client engagement. Exceptional accuracy, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills. Professional communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
