-Responsible for project costing, estimation, and quantity take-off.
-Take part in tender preparation and participation.
-Contract administration and cost control post award.
-Preparing technical information for tender submission.
-Generally accountable for filing payment claims, organizing and approving payments to subcontractors, making sure any contract modifications are recorded, tracking VOs, requesting and evaluating subcontractor quotes, managing project costs, and general contract administration.
-To create and manage project documentation in accordance with customer requirements and submit by the deadline.
-To independently and on a regular basis organize, update, and manage project documentation registers.
Requirements
-Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Structural or Civil Engineering.
-At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
-Fresh graduates will also be taken into consideration.
-Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently with good writing skills.
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
-Ability to work in a team.
