Manage and prepare contracts, tender documents and other requirements applicable to the projects.
Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.
Familiar with M&E costing.
Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, work permit etc.
Call for quotation & negotiation with the supplier/sub-contractor, monitor, control project cost and raise purchase order.
Verify and evaluate Contractual Claims and supplier invoice before passing to account dept for payment purpose.
Attending site meeting, project brief meeting & design brief meeting.
Monitoring and keeping track of project progress and take responsibility for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract;
Liaising with site managers and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.
Resolve outstanding claim issues, prepare variation orders (VO) promptly.
Other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey/ Construction Management or equivalent.
At least 5years of working experience in the INTERIOR DESIGN firm is required for this position.
Independent, self-discipline, responsible, self-motivated, positive thinking, really can committed and good in negotiation skill.
Have own transport.
