Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Taking off quantity, controlling, ordering, recording and monitor of material \xc2\xb7 Site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to sub-contractor \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly report progress claim, sub-contractor\' payment certificate, VO evaluation and project final account \xc2\xb7 Responsible for all aspect of the purchasing function including sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors \xc2\xb7 Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and client \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time , loss and expenses, project cost control and etc \xc2\xb7 Ensure all projects remain within budget and do costing and material estimates Requirements \xc2\xb7 Degree / Diploma In Quantity Surveyor or related construction \xc2\xb7 At least 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position \xc2\xb7 Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply junior position \xc2\xb7 Those have experiences in procurement will be in charge on procurement department \xc2\xb7 For Senior post must possess at least 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience \xc2\xb7 Salary Range : RM2,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM7,000 Interested applicants can apply online or email your complete resume including expected salary and contact no to No: 10, Jalan Damai Utama 3
