Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for new and ongoing projects.
Manage and oversee procurement, tendering processes, and contract negotiations.
Evaluate subcontractor quotes, recommend awards, and monitor subcontract performance.
Track and report project costs against budgets, identifying variances and risks.
Lead valuations, variations, and change management processes.
Prepare interim and final accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Provide commercial advice and support to project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure all contractual and legal compliance throughout project lifecycles.
Mentor junior quantity surveyors and promote continuous improvement in commercial practices.
Attend client and project meetings, representing the company professionally.
Traveling from the office to various sites when is required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
