-Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

-Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.

-Screen resumes and applications to determine candidate fit, conducting phone and in-person interviews as necessary.

-Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions that align with business needs.

-Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate assessment, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.

-Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization to potential candidates and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

-Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.

-At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in property development industry.

-Proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent across various departments and levels.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

-Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
