\xc2\xb7 To maintain and grow existing deposit portfolio and to deepen profitable relationships by providing proposition and advisory for commercial banking clients on their Cash Management.\xc2\xb7 To proactively review with clients to increase share of wallet by providing customized Cash Management Solutions on collection, payment, payroll, internet banking, etc. to meet and exceed their business and operational requirements.\xc2\xb7 To hunt new-to-bank and generate new leads from the value chain of the existing clients.\xc2\xb7 Proactively cross sell all other products within the Bank including various types of commercial banking facilities, bancassurance, workplace accounts, premier banking, etc.\xc2\xb7 To work closely with internal stakeholders including Transaction Banking, Treasury, Product and Operations Teams to ensure the portfolio meets planned revenue and volume projections.\xc2\xb7 To assess and manage the potential risks by performing customer due diligence in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s internal procedure manuals.Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Possess a recognized degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business, coupled with 2 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar field.\xc2\xb7 Good analytical skills in the areas of Cash Management, Wealth Management, or Wholesale Banking.\xc2\xb7 Strong presentation and communication skills, influencing and problem solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Positive and growth mindset, willing to learn, able to work independently and initiative driven.\xc2\xb7 Result-oriented and able to work as a team.\xc2\xb7 Good planning and organizing skills.\xc2\xb7 Fluent in both spoken and written English.\xc2\xb7 Must be willing to travel.
