The relationship with our client started in 2009 and has been growing globally within the IFM sector, extensively covering EMEA and APAC, while recently expanding into Construction projects The account has a portfolio more than 17.5 M sq/ft, across 20 countries with larger sites located in China, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Ireland and Israel. with 850 staff on JLL\xe2\x80\x99s payroll and 2,100 dedicated vendor staff. The client is expanding rapidly across the regions, so in the next 1.5 years, another 2.5m sqm will be added to the portfolio. For our client across the super region, we execute the majority of FM and small construction project services, both technical and non-technical on behalf of our client.Our customer is a real partner, data & process driven, careful yet driven to making continual improvement and always in search of excellence. The Region. The Reliability engineer (RE) will be a key factor in developing this ongoing client relationship.The RE is a new role for the account and is a great opportunity for a dynamic self-starter, the role will be pivotal in driving the account success, the role will operate within APAC which offers a diverse mix of cultures, responsible to provide the focus and support to meet the accounts strategic objectives, acting as the single point of contact and support for the site teams.The opportunity is to develop our engineering teams to approach maintenance of systems in a different way, moving towards a more predictive outlook in terms of break downs and maintenance. This should be considered as an opportunity to achieve more, and this should be considered just the initial starting point for success.The RE must be able to work independently, communicate in a clear and concise manner and drive change with and through people, at different organizational levels and functional roles, while capable of navigating effectively, Intel\'s internal change control process, able to back up initiatives with data and logic to inspire confidence of potential change.This role will work closely with the Data hub team, to help drive consistency and track changes and optimize results. Stage 1 is to understand what we currently do and identify where we can be more effective.
