Senior Revenue Executive

Samadhi Retreats

-- is seeking a

Senior Revenue Executive

to join our Group Office team.

This role is

not

an e-commerce position, but a

core hotel revenue management

role focused on maximising room revenue through smart pricing, strategic distribution, and data-driven decision-making across all Samadhi properties.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.), ensuring rate accuracy, content quality, and channel parity. Analyse booking pace, market trends, and competitor performance to adjust pricing strategies and improve

ADR, RevPAR

, and

occupancy

. Collaborate closely with the

Reservations, Sales, and Marketing

teams to align promotions and distribution strategies. Identify high-performing and cost-effective sales channels for each property to enhance yield and reduce OTA dependency. Prepare and present

weekly revenue reports

and

competitive benchmarking

insights. Maintain open communication with hotel operations to ensure pricing and distribution reflect market demand and on-ground realities.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years' experience

in hotel revenue management or distribution, preferably in resort environments. Strong understanding of

rate parity, channel management

, and

hotel performance metrics

. Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially driven with excellent

Excel

and reporting skills. Independent, strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with

PMS, CRS

, and

channel management systems

(e.g. SiteMinder) is an advantage.
