Position Overview: As a Senior Sales Engineer focused on the aftersales market, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base within Malaysia. You will work closely with contractors and vendors, providing expertise and recommendations on product selection, upgrades, and solutions that align with the unique needs of each client. Your role will involve site visits, competitor product analysis, and active engagement with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions for climate control, power distribution, and enclosure rack needs. Conduct thorough site visits to assess existing installations, recommend suitable product upgrades, and provide technical guidance. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in the realm of climate control and power distribution solutions. Convert clients from competitor products by effectively showcasing the superior benefits of our offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients. Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure accurate understanding and communication of customer requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continually enhance your product knowledge and expertise. Regularly travel within Malaysia to meet clients, attend industry events, and foster business relationships. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field (HVAC knowledge is a strong plus). Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on aftersales and customer relationship management. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively. Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in climate control, power distribution, or enclosure rack solutions, is highly advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during customer interactions.
