Responsibilities: Identify and source potential buyer accounts Reach out to potential new accounts in-person meetings at customer locations to fact find, generate leads and closing the sale Liaise with internal teams to secure fulfillment and enhance sales efforts Build and maintain current and potential client relationships Respond to customers enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure individual sales targets are met Liaise with relevant departments to drive customer resolution Reach out to customers who are late on payments and arrange for payment collections Requirements: Immune to customer rejections (#1 trait to succeed in this role).
