Benefit - Basic + Commission - Travelling and other allowance - Company trip - insurance - Yearly additional incentive - Bonus (up to 4-6 months) - open minded management - Young working environment Key responsibilities and accountabilities - Cold call - Grow volume base for freight + forwarding + haulage - Strategize business strategy base on current market trend - Maintain current volume + PR with customers - liaise with operation to make sure customer experience is great - Plan and prioritize personal sales activities with prospective & existing customers. - Attend and present at external customer meetings as necessary to perform duties and aid business development. - Marketing reports - Monitor and report on market & competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. - From time-to-time, travel will be required throughout Malaysia. - Other duties Required Skills Supply chain knowledge Be brave and not shy away. Goals driven, customer-oriented -Minimum 5 years of work experience while a couple of those with relevant industry experience. Proficient knowledge of both ocean freight + total logistic Proactive self-starter that is able to work in an internationally set matrix of support. Team spirit and a team player! Excellent command of computers (MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint, MS Outlook, internet, etc) Business level Bahasa Malaysia. Business level English.
