Job Description

Develop and expand business opportunities with industrial food and beverage manufacturers across Malaysia and the ASEAN region. Identify and pursue new business prospects while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. Promote and sell food ingredients, raw materials, and related products to manufacturing clients. Collaborate closely with R&D, technical, and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions that address client needs. Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the company's overall growth and strategic objectives.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food ingredients, additives, or industrial food manufacturing sectors. A strong technical understanding of food manufacturing processes will be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Willing to travel within the

ASEAN region

for business purposes. Proficient in

English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
