The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and exploring new markets. A key focus will be on identifying potential business opportunities, creating a customer pipeline, and closing deals. This role requires frequent travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and ensure strong market presence.Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the nutraceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of OEM/ODM services and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in RM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
TanggungjawabKey Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Promote nutraceutical products and OEM/ODM services to businesses in target markets. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Acquisition: Explore and identify new customer bases, generate leads, and create a list of potential clients. Focus on expanding customer networks and building long-term partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Prepare sales proposals, conduct negotiations, and close sales deals. Achieve or exceed sales quotas and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development team.
  • Travel & Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and stakeholders. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure the smooth delivery of customized OEM/ODM solutions to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
