To do market research to identify prospective customers and evaluating their position in market
To organize sales visits to prospective customer's to demonstrate and present products.
To prepare costing & quotation as and when required by customers
To liaise with internal quality and production team for quality complaints forwarded by customer
To coordinate with internal process team when a customer sample request is required
To negotiate delivery terms with customer in the event of delivery delay
To liaise with cylinder maker & internal team during new design for digital proof, artwork approval, cylinder delivery and production planning up to delivery.
To monitor monthly customer payment and follow up on late payment
Undertake any other assignments as and when required from time to time
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of working sales experience in the manufacturing industry
Computer literate & able to use Microsoft Office Excel & Words
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good customer service and communication skills
Good business acumen with sensitivity to business trends & market conditions
Willing to travel and possess own transport
