Responsibilities
Analyse sales performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage the Malaysia sales portfolio and explore new market opportunities
Lead sales growth for automotive parts, OEM parts, and
NVH components
Oversee contract processes and ensure compliance with company policies
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers, including OEM accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to support delivery and after-sales performance
Work with the Quality team to resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Automotive, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts sales, including 3 years managing the Malaysia or regional market
Strong understanding of Malaysia's automotive landscape, OEM parts,
NVH components
, and OEM model requirements
Strong negotiation, planning, and market development skills
Knowledge of automotive body parts, OEM parts,
NVH solutions
, and standard sales processes
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
