Job Description

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to be part of our dynamic service team. This role requires individuals who enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, ensuring smooth service flow, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through food and beverage selections with confidence and product knowledge. Accurately record and serve food and drink orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery. Keep tables, cutlery, and dining areas neat, tidy, and properly set up before and after service. Respond to guest requests, resolve issues courteously, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless communication and efficient service operations.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / High School diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in hospitality is a plus. At least

2-3 years of proven experience

as a Waiter/Waitress or Server in a high-volume or upscale dining environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests. High attention to detail and professional demeanor. Capable of mentoring junior staff and assisting in training new team members. Positive attitude, adaptable under pressure, and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
