Responsibilities:-

. Assign to Managing Director.

Able to do planning and distribute all trades, task and cost into CPM Overall Project and monitoring progress on CPM weekly based.

Able to manage general workers and projects independently.

Sound Technical knowledge and analytical skill for infra work, building work and marine structure work.

Job scheduling set up and management of the project schedule from commissioning to data delivery.

To liaise with client and project consultant on all technical and contracture matters and attending site meeting.

Able to prepare technical documentation, site report and correspondence to client and consultant.

Knowledge of CPM (critical path management) is a must/compulsory.

Offer advice on methodologies and best practice for project to ensure maximum efficiency.

Formal performance and financial review of each completed project.

Analysis and performance review of the project.

Able to join immediately.

Degree

in Civil Engineering, construction Management or relevant disciplines.

At least 6 - 10 years of working experience in this related field is a must for this position.

Process strong knowledge in CPM (critical Path Management) and technical document is a must.

To ensure adequacy of quality assurance with client or consultant works for compliance with

contract documents.

Having good comment of written English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.

Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD & Primavera Software.

Candidate must process strong aggressive quality, active and independence, analytical and

organizing skill with excellent internship quality and communication skills.

Self-motivated and result oriented.

Able to work under pressure in order to meet deadline.

Able to work immediately.

Willing to travel outstation if require.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
