The Site Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving project success by managing daily site activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with all engineering standards and safety protocols. Your mission is to deliver exceptional engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Supervise and oversee construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain detailed project documentation.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other issues that may arise on-site.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Manage material requisitions, deliveries, and inventory on site.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on project status and any potential risks or delays.
Assist in the preparation of work schedules and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with environmental and local regulations throughout the construction process.
Specific knowledge and skills
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the [Water/Wastewater/Infrastructure/Construction] industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and safety standards.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in project management software , AUTOCAD ,and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel and be stationed at various project sites as required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
