Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that construction activities are executed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. This role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Prepare and maintain site records, daily reports, and progress documentation. Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during construction. Ensure that all works comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Verify materials delivered to site against approved specifications. Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing manpower and resources. Participate in site meetings and provide updates on work progress. Carry out testing, commissioning, and handover procedures as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction, preferably in civil, structural, or M&E projects. Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, and safety practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (knowledge of project management tools is an advantage). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and handle multiple site activities under tight schedules. Possess valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
