Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring all necessary documentation (packing lists, QA/QC reports) is complete.
Inspect materials on-site for compliance with project requirements and arrange client inspections.
Maintain and update material inventory for indoor and outdoor storage; ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and secure.
Handle client-supplied (free-issue) materials, including inspection, documentation, reporting, and photo records.
Apply, track, and maintain Permits to Work (PTW) in accordance with safety and project procedures.
Report delays, update project managers, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
At least 5-6 years experience in material coordination or related role in construction/project sites.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office for reporting, tracking, and documentation purposes.
