• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hard working, reliable, can work independently or with minimum supervision.
• Willing to travel to sites.
• Good knowledge in Interior Design & FIT-Out construction sequence of work.
• Good communication, self motivated and interpersonal skill.
• Have own transport

Tanggungjawab

• Handle all site matters
• Monitor project site progress
• Liaise with sub-con, consultant, client and suppliers
• Communicate well with workers and make sure they understand
• Attend site meetings
• Supervise all site works
• Planning ahead and coordinate work on site
• Verify workers and machinery working hours
• Resolving technical issues and other site issues that may arise
• Timely reporting
• Understand project requirements (study drawings and understand specifications)
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress
• Make sure all materials are sufficient and inform when require additional materials
• Carry out joint inspection with client
• Assist clients with their requests
• Ensure safety of all workers and assets at all time, and cleanliness of site environment
• Be responsible and committed to the project
